Project Brief
Giorge Henry needed a website, packaging and social media plan to launch a brand new product onto the market
Project Information
As this was a brand new product, the first process was to research the existing similar products on the market and their websites. I looked at what made this product different from what was already on the market. This product was a DIY lipstick kit, so customers were supplied everything they needed to create their own bespoke lipsticks. There wasn't something existing on the market like it that also used natural and quality ingredients and was eco minded. Giorge Henry lip kits were designed to be re-usable and made from natural or recyclable materials and ingredients where ever possible. The website needed to focus on this aspect as well as explain what the product is and talk about its quality ingredients.Project ScopeThe project scope included market research, branding including logo design. The website was wire-framed in Sketch and built in Webflow. The project also involved product development. I designed the packaging for the kits including colours, layout, logo and packaging inserts. Each kit included a flyer insert with instructions, information about the product and a discount card. I sourced all of the kit's components including lipstick molds, pigments, mixing jug, stirring spoon, containers etc. I also designed social media tiles and imagery for Pinterest, Instagram and Facebook.
